罗宋汤

 

材料(materials)

西红柿、土豆、牛腩、洋葱、番茄酱(这次没有)、姜、葱、糖、盐、生抽、老抽

步骤(steps)

1 牛腩切成小块,过水。

2 姜切片,放入高压锅中,倒入牛腩与适量水,开煮

3 西红柿、土豆、洋葱切小块,

4 葱花炝锅,将所有材料倒入,放入锅中炒熟,抄时加糖、盐、生抽、番茄酱适量

3 待洋葱变透明、西红柿稀烂时,关火,倒入高压锅中,与牛肉一起炖。

4 高压锅盖盖,上汽30分钟,焖10分钟,完毕~
