材料(materials)

挂面、油、五香粉、蚝油、盐

步骤(steps)

(来源)

1 挂面开水煮七分熟,捞出放入冷水中

2 捞出挂面,加入蚝油、五香粉、盐适量,搅拌

3 倒油,开火

4 每次用筷子卷出一小部分挂面,下入油锅

5 捞出,冷却后食用
