豆沙粽

材料(materials)

粽子叶,糯米,线,豆沙馅,栗子(选用)

步骤(steps)

1 粽子叶和线 用清水煮一下,5-10分钟即可。

2 糯米用清水浸泡至少2个小时

3 栗子切碎,豆沙馅挤出来一部分备用

5 在高压锅底部铺上没用的粽叶,将包好的粽子放入其中,倒清水没过粽子至少两厘米。

6  高压锅上汽30分钟,焖30分钟,出锅。
