材料(materials)

鸡翅(途中还有鸡腿肉),姜,蒜,大料,桂皮,冰糖,料酒,酱油,盐,热水

步骤(steps)(参考)

1 姜,蒜切大片。

2 鸡翅上切花刀,放入沸水中焯去血水,盛出沥干。

3 锅里放油,姜片,大料,桂皮和大蒜入锅,爆香。 然后放入冰糖至融化。

4 将焯好的鸡翅入锅翻炒均匀,使每块肉均匀沾满糖色。

5 加入老抽,生抽和热水,盖上锅盖开大火收汁,撒少许盐

6 汤汁收好,出锅即可。
