芹菜,木耳,鸡蛋,葱,鸡精,盐,油

步骤(steps)(来源)

1、.(芹菜在切段之前,要用菜刀的侧面,将芹菜拍松,使芹菜的香气释放出来)然后切成段备用

2、水泡好的木耳,捞出沥干,葱切花;

3、鸡蛋中加点胡椒粉、盐打散后放入油锅炒一下,盛出;

4、锅中重新倒入油,油热以后下葱花,再依次倒入木耳和芹菜,翻炒均匀再加炒好的鸡蛋,加盐调味出锅。
