材料(materials)

皮蛋两个,内脂豆腐一盒,香菜(本次没有),生抽,陈醋,糖,1小匙的凉白开,蒜,辣椒油,香油,盐。

步骤(steps)(来源)

1、内脂豆腐可以用开水烫一下(上图没有做这个步骤),切块,皮蛋剥皮切块,香菜洗净切断儿。

2、蒜切蓉,与生抽,盐,陈醋,少许糖,凉白开,香油和辣椒油搅拌均匀。

3、把切好的豆腐块放盘中,上面放皮蛋块,浇上调好的汁,撒上香菜即可。
