材料(materials)

木耳,香菇,香干,五花肉,面筋,面条,葱,绿豆,黄瓜(这次没有,但可以有),黄花菜(这次没有,但可以有)
调料:盐,鸡粉,生抽,老抽,淀粉,水,香油

步骤(steps)(来源)

1.木耳,香菇用热水发开后切丝备用;
2.香干切粗丝(4厘米左右长),面筋切块儿,五花肉切薄片儿,葱切段儿;
3.热油,加葱爆香,放入肉片翻炒半分钟,肉变色后加入香干丝儿,加老抽调色后继续翻炒半分钟加入木耳。香菇,面筋,黄花菜(金针菜)翻炒;
4.面筋松软后,向锅内加水直至水面没过食材,加生抽,鸡粉,盐适量调味儿
5.中火熬制食材同时,另外做开水准备煮面,
6.水开后,另外用锅煮面,切黄瓜丝备用,
7.向卤子里面加入水淀粉帮助卤子浓稠成型,熄火向卤子里点上香油,
8.将煮熟面条装盘,在上面淋上卤子并加入黄瓜丝、绿豆拌面,即成。
